Carey English

A founding member of Quicksilver Theatre, Carey's work encompasses writing, directing, devising and performing.

In 2007, she co-devised and directed Claytime for 3-5 year olds with Indefinite Articles Theatre. She is currently researching a new show for this age group, Little Terrors, which will premiere in 2010.

For children Carey runs playwriting and storywriting workshops and workshops relating to Quicksilver productions. Her INSET sessions support teachers in working creatively with children through drama, creative writing and play. Carey has recently written and performed in La-di-DaDa and has directed Primary Voices at the Arcola Theatre, London.
